Active Faith Coordinator

Melanie Carroll

A qualified Coach in the fields of Life and Business Coaching, with a strong training background.

Currently Coordinator of Lincoln Street Pastors, & Active Faith Coordinator for Transform Lincoln and Mission Enabler for Churches Together in All Lincolnshire.

I’m here to support churches and subgroups to deliver on the vision and action plan of the Active Faith area of Transform Lincoln and to assist with the future direction of the network.

I own an independent bookshop, with specialisms in Niche Book Markets, Genres & US Titles.
Also Lincoln’s only Christian Bookshop and Church Resources Centre.

Previously Chair of the Booksellers Association Christian Booksellers Group.
Previously Online Internet Manager – experience of e-commerce and general High Street markets, Specialities in the Book & Retail trade.
I do consultancy work & training on Internet, Social Media & E-Comm projects – (Lincoln Big Wi-Fi project, CRT etc).

Sian Wade

Sian has been an Assemblies of God Pastor in Lincoln for over 15 years. She has a passion to see the local Church fully engaged with the community where it is based.

She loves to pioneer and create new projects, seeking creative ways to impact people’s lives. She believes that Christians should be forging the way in terms of City transformation which is why Transform Lincoln is crucial for Lincoln, seeing Churches relate well together, seeing Christian projects achieve more in partnership, and having a voice at leadership level in the City.

Joy Blundell

Visionary and a dreamer, I am passionate about bringing change to society and creating a world where people can flourish and contribute towards change.

I am a qualified coach and an experienced leader and people motivator with a demonstrated history of working in the Third Sector. Skilled in Charity Governance, Networking, Community Organizing, Community Engagement, and Church Growth. Strong professional with a Psychology Bsc focused in Cognitive Psychology and Psycholinguistics from University of Lincolnshire and Humberside.
